The interior is simple and traditional — exactly what you’d expect from an authentic Vietnamese spot. But honestly, that’s part of the charm. You don’t come here for the decor — you come for the food. And the food is incredible! I’ve tried a few Michelin-recognized dishes, and each one was packed with rich, deep flavor. So satisfying and delicious. Tea is served right away, no need to order it — a nice touch. The pho selection is huge, and it comes with tons of fresh herbs and bean sprouts. Just a heads-up: the L size is no joke. The bowl is absolutely massive! If you’re not super hungry, go with a smaller size — or be ready to take some home. This place is super popular, so be prepared for a line. They might seat you at a shared table with others — but honestly, that just adds to the vibe. It feels authentic, lively, and unpretentious. It’s cash only, but there’s an ATM inside if you need it. Pho Tien is all about flavor, atmosphere, and real Vietnamese soul. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommend! Nestled in the downtown core, within the Trinity Bellwood neighbourhood, is a gastronomic gem. This "old school" Vietnamese eatery offers the most scrumptious pho. The broth is distinguished by its depth of flavor and clarity, coupled with premium beef, while the beef tendon melts effortlessly in your mouth. Furthermore, we tried their tomato soup-based prawn noodle soup, which did not disappoint. The broth was rich in flavor and included a snow crab leg, making it delicious. A notable benefit of this restaurant is that its dishes do not leave you feeling thirsty. The staff were courteous and attentive. Although the restaurant's infrastructure is aged, it is remarkably clean. The only downside is the inaccessibility of the bathroom, situated in the basement, for patrons with mobility issues. This restaurant is 10/10 and I will undoubtedly return, despite the lengthy drive and wait. Nouf Alluqmani9 April 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
