Nestled in the downtown core, within the Trinity Bellwood neighbourhood, is a gastronomic gem. This "old school" Vietnamese eatery offers the most scrumptious pho. The broth is distinguished by its depth of flavor and clarity, coupled with premium beef, while the beef tendon melts effortlessly in your mouth. Furthermore, we tried their tomato soup-based prawn noodle soup, which did not disappoint. The broth was rich in flavor and included a snow crab leg, making it delicious. A notable benefit of this restaurant is that its dishes do not leave you feeling thirsty. The staff were courteous and attentive. Although the restaurant's infrastructure is aged, it is remarkably clean. The only downside is the inaccessibility of the bathroom, situated in the basement, for patrons with mobility issues.
